GP WEBSITES - WHAT TO DO NEXT?:

Now that you've seen the service we offer, weighed up our arguments, been impressed with our design skills and astounded by our value-for-money pricing structure, and you've decided that now is the time to put together a first class website for your Practice... what do you do next?

If you've already decided you want to use the GP Websites service then do the following:

1. Download, complete and return the ‘GP Websites Order Form’ to set up an account with us.

The form includes a contract section which binds you to using the service for a period of one year, it also includes sections on your domain name and the style of website you want. If you require us to purchase a domain name on your behalf a fee will be required in advance, this is currently £16.42 (inc. VAT) for two years’ registration. Cheques should be made payable to Yellow Creative Ltd.

On receipt you will be assigned an Account Number which you will receive by email. Please quote this number on all correspondence.

At this point we will purchase the domain name requested on your order form.

2. Send us the information we need to build your website. We can accept digital information by email (under 10mb), on CD or DVD. If you need help in preparing your text we can send you a template of what to include - contact us for more information.

a) Your text in a digital format (Microsoft Word, etc). Please note we don't accept Publisher files.

b) Your images in a digital format (jpeg, tiff, etc) plus a note of which webpages you want them to appear on.

4. On receipt of your Practice information we will begin to build your website and provide you with an estimated date of completion.

When your website is at a proofing stage we will contact the nominated person and direct them to a password protected area on our website to view, proof and approve your website.

5. Just prior to final approval of your website, we will send you a Standing Order form to complete and return to your bank.

Please note that no payment will be taken from your bank account until your website has been approved and is ready to launch.

If you wish to pay annually in advance to take advantage of the FREE month we will invoice you and payment is required 15 days from date of invoice.

6. We launch your website to the general public.

You can pay for our GP websites service in small monthly payments of £20 (£23.50 inc. VAT).

Customers who wish to pay annually in advance will receive one month for FREE.
