GP WEBSITES - OPTIONAL EXTRAS:

• NEW - Search Engine Submission
  £45.90 per year (£53.93 inc VAT)
  Your website will be submitted to the leading 100 search engines each month for a full year (reaching over 85% of internet users) and typically takes 6-8 weeks for your site to start appearing in search engine listings.

• NEW - Self-Updating of website with Contribute
  Our service includes all updates and amendments within the monthly fee, but for those practices who wish to carry out updates themselves we can prepare the site for use with Adobe Contribute, which enables users to quickly and easily update their content with no technical expertise required. You can download a free trial version here. The full version is currently listed on Amazon.co.uk for around £100.
  

• NEW - On-site Training in Contribute
  £100 per hour (£117.50 inc.VAT) plus 1st class travelling expenses

• NEW - Mini Practice Booklets
  As part of our GP website service we include a downloadable PDF practice booklet that can be read on-screen or printed off as hardcopy A4 pages, but for those practices who still require a printed booklet to display in their waiting room, we have come up with a low cost, low quantity alternative (see BOOKLETS page for details).

• Bespoke GP Websites Service
  £35 per month (£41.13 inc. VAT)
  Includes all the benefits of our standard service, but with a bespoke design.  You supply us with a design brief and we design and build a website that is totally unique to you.  Also includes the option to buy the website outright after three years for £250 plus VAT.

• Practice News Webpage
  £15 per update (£17.63 inc. VAT)
  You supply the text and we update your news page as and when you require it (text only).

• Practice Newsletter
  £20 per month (£23.50 inc. VAT)
  Keep your patients informed with a downloadable PDF quarterly newsletter. A two page, A4 news sheet based on your chosen website style that can be read on-screen or printed out for a hard copy version. You supply the text and pictures and we put it all together for you. • Extra Webpages
  £1.50 each per month (£1.76 inc. VAT)
  For information that isn't required to be in your practice booklet, for example non-NHS fees.

• Extra Online Forms
  £1.50 each per month (£1.76 inc. VAT)
  Add extra online forms to allow patients to contact the practice for specific information, for example to request Travel Health Advice.

You can pay for our GP websites service in small monthly payments of £20 (£23.50 inc. VAT).

Customers who wish to pay annually in advance will receive one month for FREE.
